With almost 30 years of investment experience, Gimv is an independent investment company listed on Euronext Brussels (share code GIMB) which specialises in private equity and venture capital, focusing mainly on the European market. Gimv currently manages a portfolio of around EUR 1.7 billion of assets (including third party funds).
Gimv undertakes management buyouts and provides growth capital to established companies. Four local Buyouts & Growth teams in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany concentrate on these activities.

- Through the DG Infra+ fund Gimv targets infrastructure projects in the Benelux.
